>>50429516Well, Hisui is a very harsh region plagued with Time-Space distortions. I assume Hisuian Zoroark came to be because Unovian Zorua were placed in an environment that they weren't ready for. They were so full of malice because of how unfair the world was to them that they turned into the Hisuian form, implied through death because they gain the ghost type. Being that they're "dead" they wouldn't be able to reproduce. Thus leading the time displaced Zorua disappearing from the region.
