Most of the "funny glitch compilations" are caused by co-op having major desync issues, and since we are all jaded loners who play single player alone, we only encounter the odd freeze, mon falling off a cliff, and performance lag, instead of the lovecraftian horrors.
Combine this with the general distaste for /v/tards spamming wojaks and Shazam or whatever unfunny meme to shit on any Nintendo game that comes out, you get a userbase thats just too tired to even care, knowing that it'll all be falling on deaf ears anyway
