>>38646306Yeah, I'm one to believe every match has a way through, and its just up to me to find it.
Scrafty's got some pretty glaring difficulties if it can't get its hands on its opponent. It's usually pretty good at dipping and diving around ranged attacks to close in, but if its opponent takes flight, it can be pretty helpless. Doesn't stop it from going for a High Jump Kick, though. Similarly, if its opponent is well trained in grappling, like a Throh or something like that, it can have problems causing any damage. And yeah, Scrafty can sympathize on troublesome fairies. Luckily, it's got both my Crobat and its own emergency Poison Jab to help with them.
I've been looking over my team's moves these days. I mean, I've always tried to give them good sets both individually and as a team, but it was always in an offhand "it'd be cool to do this in battle" kind of way. Actually having my first Gym battle in ages coming up has me a little rattled looking for holes in my strategy, specially considering it seems two to three members of my party may be going to be at a big disadvantage. It's partly why Scrafty's been in the forefront of my mind and party, since I'm relying on it quite a bit for the match.
