>>58761050>Interesting that you went for a deck sleeveIt's because back in 2020, seeing the hype around pokemons, I wanted to properly organize and complete the series from my childhood (I had them all in a single binder in pokedex order at the time) and the only sleeves I had on hand were those from magic.
If I were to start over I would want to try some clear sleeve even for the outer and those fancy 4 sided dragon shield inners that I saw at a store.
>Have you ever experienced trapped air or anything like that?Yes, after double sleeving a bunch of cards I usually put them in a deck box to decompress for a few hours. if they are just a few I massage them a bit. I noticed from a 160 binder that I had loaded without waiting that once I removed the cards the sideloading pockets in the binder became a bit loose, most likely from the excess air trapped.
To be fair I think doublesleeving cards in a binder is already overkill, nowadays I doubt there is anyone making pages or sleeves in pvc or with acids so even a single penny sleeve (properly fitting tho as sometimes they are too tight) in a sideloading page should be good to go. Unlike the holos from my team rocket set that were ALL glued and destroyed by cheap early 2000s binder pages.
