The hues may be correct, and there's no denying the sprites are over-saturated, but you're an idiot if you think the baked in shading on the 3ds textures or the bad shaders used in game make the models look anywhere near as good as the artwork. See what happens when you tweak the shading to give it more depth? You may like the sprites more, but even my shit edit is closer than either game's asset. The problem isn't 3d, it's the implementation.
