consider each very hard standard course is 6+(1 or 2 extra) drinks you are looking for
then focus on doing battles dividing them in mini rushes of 5 and 10 battle missions, so that you trick your own brain and get more psychologically ready for the boredome and farming knowing it's easy to complete each 5 or 10 battle group rather than always surrending to the "impossible" or "too hard" final average 300/350 drink goals
t. just completed to level max 48 members between courses and supercourses
just make sure to have fast blend farmers for the battles and divide the goals in group of x3 or x4 battles sessions of 10 or more of 5 that will bait you into continuing the grind

and remember if you need drinks that come in a can go for the hard mode course instead of he easy, they give more cans and are just as easy
