It's just that Charizard fans like myself have been part of the franchise since the very start, we appreciate what makes this franchise great, and Stealth Rock is just a slap in the face. Charizard is essentially a joke pokemon like Flareon now.
I don't think Game Freak is appealing to their original audience anymore. They just don't care about their true fans anymore.
