The game can start in an area that resembles Ghana, something of a 'baseline' African country that doesn't have too much besides forests and what-not.
However, the game really picks up you travel downwards the map (Ghana is in West Africa, so in this case you travel downwards to Southern Africa, to contrast with SwSh where you travel upwards from Postwick to Wyndon) you can have stuff like the Namib Desert of Namibia (pretty standard desert but has some cool scenery), Mount Kilimanjaro of Tanzania (prolly at the very peak you can find Ice Types like Mount Lanakila), Jungles of Gabon (Congo is too much of a shithole so I'm going with Gabon), the Cities of South Africa (New Trainer Class: Murderous Thug!), and the Lakes of Malawi (for your water types). Overall would have a 'Safari' theme.
Probably other biomes I'm forgetting but that's my two cents.
DLC can be stuff for the weird stuff like the Salt Lakes of Djibouti, and the Mud Temples of Mali.
