Kind of want to do a water monotype run of Red, but I'm not sure of what the route would look like since every time I've played this game I've always done it in the "intended" order. Basically, what's the earliest in the game you can get surf and the good/super rod? I don't wanna go through like 2/3rds of the game with only my starter, that would be kind of boring.
