But that said, the biggest issue with Wigglytuff currently is that everything it does can be almost fully replicated by Clefable, who has better stats and abilities. And only "almost" because Wigglytuff does exactly two things better: it's Normal type so it can enter on a Ghost move, and having so much HP but low defenses means you can try OHKOing with Counter... this one specifically in fanfic formats or older games cause it can't learn Counter in SV. Wish also exists but I assure you Wigglytuff is still a terrible choice for it.
