Parasect is useless, but it's moveset says that it wants to be king of Double and Triple battles. So let's do it.
Rage Powder plus that ability makes any Pokemon with any physical attack piss it's pants. Wide Guard takes care of anyone who wants to try and avoid him with AOE attacks. Take your pick from Toxic, Light Screen, Rest, Thief and Swagger for the other two slots.
Who even needs any offense when you've got a guy that everyone MUST attack and yet nobody WANTS to attack?
