Team's starting to look good, fourth badge obtained. Now fort he tricky part, though: balancing out the level caps of the next three gym leaders. I think I'll clear out the Lake of Rage next, all except for the Red Gyarados itself. Once that half's all done, I'll go and get the next gym badge, and while I'm in the area train Omega to level 30+, so that it can easily one-shot the Red Gyarados. Beat Team Rocket, take on Pryce, then train everyone to 35 and take on Jasmine. It's always a weird stretch, but also thankfully not too difficult of one.
