Dex descriptions:
Omniclops gather on mountaintops to keep watch over the inhabitants living below. Nothing escapes their gaze.
Despite their intimidating appearance, Omniclops act as peacekeepers and display aggression only when in immediate danger.
Omniclops is considered an abnormality among both Rock and Steel Type Pokemon, having great Speed and impressive Special Attacking capability.
Only after coming up with this did I realize it's pretty much Dusknoir+Claydol.
