>>36347012There are already a bunch of water types in Hoenn, whereas there's basically no Electric types in Johto. You could use Lanturn and that's it for Johto electric types that aren't legendaries.
I don't know why it's so hard to have a third version that just has all of the exclusives
the two version deal's fucking dumb anyways, you have to trade to finish the dex even if everything was in one game regardless
