I can't think to compare it to any logs I've dropped. The big one that damn nearly killed me had far too much buildup to it. It hurt the entire way through my intestines, rather than just at the end. And I've never had to pass a kidney stone, thankfully, so I'm not sure if that's what it'd be like to piss one out at the final stretch.
