It starts as balorab, the light pokemon

Then it evolves into leechite, the flying parasite pokemon
"It bites and claws onto other pokemon to leech off of their energy. When other pokemon try to shake it off, it attacks them with its flexible tail."
The last evolution is dreceyer, the airstream pokemon
"Abandoning it's parasitic nature, draceyer controls the wind as it flies through the sky at mach speed. When it spots it's prey, it picks it up with its strong arms"
