This bastard is so fucking cool, also I discovered more or less how to get it, it's stuck to fairly late in the game in a quest from the desert in what I assume to be a new area.

Also yeah, I'm hoping it's Darchlight, since it looks like the beach route that's related to the Samurott quest, I hope I'm right, because there's no justifiable reason for the King's Rock to be stuck to such a late point in the game.
