and even if he is canonically pretty small for no reeason like charizard who should be 3x bigger than they really are, theres nothing stopping them from double his size in legends arceus just to make the fight cooler. keeping him his cucklette size is lame when it could be this crazy nail biting battle over water against this giant sea serpent. but nah... will probably just be a normal battle. just use giga drain twice in agility style and kill it in 1 hit...
