I've beaten the Kanto gyms in SoulSilver, but I'm getting bored, so since I have 6 physical attackers I want to train up 6 special attackers so I can have more options to use in the Elite Four rematch and against Red. I used Bellossom the whole run, and Nidoking was my HM slave but he has a Modest nature, so I'm giving him a redemption arc. What other good special attacters are there in SoulSilver? I'm thinking Slowking since I haven't used one before.

It doesn't seem right to me that your team is entirely level 30 right after Chuck. Is that natural? Because I had less than 6 on my team through most of Johto and my team was only in the mid-30s by Clair.
