To be honest Grookey and its evolutionary line are pretty aesthetically pleasing. However, i could not choose rillaboom and heres why.......... the truth is that I hate pokemon who hold objects. The way these pokemon are depicted it seems as if they hatch from their eggs holding these items which takes away from the realistic concepts i loved about pokemon so much. For example, decidueye has a great design because instead of carrying a bow and arrow around the designers actually came up with a genius concept where he used his feathers as arrows and a simple vine hanging from his body. it felt more natural and realistic. Im not sure if i’m getting my point across and i hope im not the only one who feels this way but let me know what you guys think.
