>>50785486This reminds me Leaf works terribly with Red and Blue, the duo has a thing since 1996 while the other was added 8 years later with a name that doesn't fit the duo and did a terrible job at referencing the original "female trainer" concept with that awful mic of blue, white, red and yellow outfit colors plus hat and goofy socks.
Not to mention she is also muchbshroter than them showing she is younger and clearly hasn't met or interacted with them.
Makes sense she never appeared in HGSS or BW2 or again in SM/USUM.
Basically her while identity is being a skin of Red because back in Gen 3 the male and female choice for MC was a new standard and remakes had to weirdly adapt to this. As you can see ever since Smash had "Leaf" as nothing but a Pokemon Trainer skin.
