The rest of the teams are managed either like criminal organizations (Rocket) or cults (Magma, Aqua, Galactic).
RSE Aqua and Magma were less cult-like. At least I don't recall their grunts or admins being so suspiciously devoted, having to use the base as their own home or hearing lectures.
