like fight me, it may have low attack and Sp.Attack but look at that speed and Special defense, looks more than enough to tank an ice beam, specially if overlevel'd. Acrobatics, toxic, Bounce, COTTON GUARD. And man, fast mon and Sleep powder? Maybe a fun 'mon on Gen 2 and 3. But 4 onwards, thats still a no from me!
