Would probably be Standard. Obvious influences are Chameleon from MK, Buzuzima from Bloody Roar. in terms of actual fighting style I can imagine something slightly Taichi-esque but where its idle stance is jerky and swaying. It would probably poke and run but with surprising range (tongue). Imagine a bit like Xiayou or Wang Jinrei from Tekken.

-Camouflage, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Double Team, Lick, Sucker Punch, Dizzy Punch, Ancient Power
>Burst attack
-Illusion Lash; Kecleon dashes towards the enemy then preceeds to wrap its tongue around them completely before spinning them out like a top and then going invisible and lashing the shit out of them from all sides as they spin.
