Mr Mime is a mislabeled All-Rounder who was always good but slept on because other mons can do most of his job easier; Snorlax can wall out people easier, Gardevoir, Saur and Cinderace can nuke from a distance better, Wiggly and Blissey can support at a lower level already. Once you mastered him however, you have a mon that can do two, maybe three, of these things at once, which is a big asset in a team-based game.
