I forgot what Kaka said, but he can be a bit confusing with evo stages at times. e.g. we thought there was a 3-stage Fire line because he said there's a Fire-type with 2 evolutions (referring to the split) and he uses TCG terminology for stages (he referred to the hammer fairy and icicle as stage 2s).
I think Kaka clarified that what he posted was the final evolution, but I'm not 100% sure.
