I'm pro Popplio as well, but it would be nice to pick the other starters for dex completion and to just have them. I might SR for the shiny, get any items and game exclusive pokemon that I can trade over to Sun and then restart Moon to get the other two starters that I'll just trade right away, or perhaps play through the game with my last chosen starter.
