I think Tyrantrum is dead weight though and Gengar *generally* functions best with a Focus Sash and Destiny Bond.Also on froggy, Surf and Ice Beam are functionally identical, because you'll get STAB regardless. Yes, SE and all that, but consider Hydro Pump for a little extra kick. After all
