and Hypno. Stall is surprisingly consistent because of how small the decks are and how many chances you have to stall between Dugtrio, and Koga. Dugtrio and Weezing only need 1 energy to attack so you don't get screwed too often by dual energy. It does surprisingly good against Pikachu and Mewtwo because of the type advantage but loses to basically every other deck.
