Leon’s Dragapult is his highest BST Pokémon, and was introduced in his gen unlike Charizard. It’s also the only one of his Pokémon he saves for the higher level Battle Tower battles (Great Ball tier and up.) I’d say it may not be his signature Pokémon, but is is a sub-ace.
