a little bit niche, depends on what fig you're against
if you have a dedicated attacker (lucario, magmortar, or whatever with a majority offensive wheel) and you need to break through something you might want to use it to try to stop them getting a 3-star defence or something)
I think double chance is probably going to be more consistent
