HEATMOR
Heatmor is one of the most forgettable Pokemon of all time. It's one of those slow, frail, mono-typed mixed attackers with mediocre coverage, no useful abilities, and basically nothing interesting about it. It has a signature move but you probably wouldn't know that without looking it up or reading about it in a "Top ten Pokemon moves you didn't know existed" article, somewhere in between Barrage and Spotlight.
