Lati@s and Cosmog line are confirmed to have multiples across all canons, while stuff like the Regis and basically everything else used in battle facilities are implied. Some Mythicals like Diancie, Volcanion, etc. are stated ingame to have multiples, but obviously shit like Kyogre and Groudon would only have one per universe (now that multiverse shit is canon).
Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina are a weird case; HGSS shows that Arceus CAN create more of them, but the degree to which the Sinjoh Ruins event is canon is debatable, given that it's an event.
