Turn 1; Matt Block, Endeavor: This will put one opposing pokemon at 13 health and protect Greninja and (hopefully) Aron from harm
Turn 2: Protect Aron and Surf. This will damage one pokemon and kill the one you endeavored.
Turn 3: Endeavor the new pokemon and either Ice Beam or Grass Knot whatever you just weakened with surf. Aron should optimally be at full health, so it can take two attacks. If not, that's fine.
Turn 4-last: Keep playing. When the Aron dies, it will be too late for your opponent; They're going to be down 2-3,5 Pokemon and you have a Z-Rock landorus and a max-speed Charizard-Y in the back to clean up.
Just make sure to check
https://www.serebii.net/sunmoon/battletree/ and identify any and all threats that outspeed and KO Grenninja (Scarf Staraptor or Accelgor for example). If there is something that can threaten Greninja, switch into Zard or Lando and protect Aron. The turn after, Aron can still be used as bait and the lategame greninja is still amazing.
