>>36118864I think it needs only +15 Speed to outrun Celesteelia(most run -Speed natures, so you'll still be able to outspeed when running a Quiet/Brave nature), Clefable, and non-mega Tyranitar.
My main issue with it however is Wild Charge being a really shitty STAB. Which is a problem that plagues most physical Electric types. Eelektross has it worse though for being the slowest user of this move(at least A-Golem was blessed with an Electric Pixilate equivalent)
