Check the replays for the top 10 on the OU ladder. I can guarantee you at least half of them are stall teams at any given time. While everyone has been busy getting pissy about Deoxys or Swagplay or Baton Pass, Stall has remained at the top of the ladder uncontested and seemingly under everyone's radar. Currently half of the teams are Chansey/Keldeo/Heatran/Skarmory/Bisharp/M-Venusaur in that order, and 3 more are also stall teams with other pokemon, the champ included.
