I like the ultrapro platinum series sleeves, thick gauge sleeves that aren't too loose or to tight, if I don't use those I just use ETB sleeves, they're made of polypropylene which are safe for cards fyi. I've heard some people don't recommend perfect fit sleeves because the constant contact with the edges could cause wear but that could just be bs. For binders I use zippered z folio LX (12 pocket page) and I've heard good things about vault x binders too, ring binders can be okay just make sure they have large D-rings since O-rings can bend cards at the front and back pages. I sort my cards by set in release order and got sticker sheets from etsy with the set logos to put on the binders since I usually have multiple sets in a binder and it helps keep track of what cards are where.
