basically only online but still, it's the kinda online friendships that have lasted for years and where I have met some of them in personI think for me it's more that they remind me of my own youth, their dynamics really resonated with me personally for some reason. Maybe they represent an idealized version of a youth that I secretly always longed for but I never quite had, and you're only young once. It's a kind of yearning or nostalgic feeling, but not really in a sad or lonely way, just fun to fantasize about through the perspective of fictional characters
