Wynaut is debatable since it evolves so early, it might as well not have existed and kept Wobbuffet a mid game Pokemon.
Babies like Elekid, Tyrogue, Mantyke, Chingling, and basically the rest of them all have potential as being introduced as balanced early-game Pokemon.
