And when it evolves it fuses to the apple to either become a little bat or a little chubby pie. As an Applin it can only know two attacks, withdraw and astonish meaning it isn’t a full grass type but still takes the weaknesses of a grass pokemon because it lives in the fruit of a plant, meaning things like fire or ice can damage its home and endanger the wyrm inside. It’s a clever design and my literal favorite Pokémon. Go fuck yourself!
