if you want to exp train/grind money in platinum i recommend you the two cooltrainers on route 229.
equip the vs seeker and ride your bicycle in straight lines right to left until they want a revenge.
it is also the easiest and fastest way i've found to complete the dex so far.
i personnaly use a lvl 100 weavile with a luck incense to double money gains, its dark/ice moves explodes the male cooltrainer's team wich is constituted of a dusclops and a salamence, this trainer is the one that gives the most exp, the girl has a weaker team (mightyena, kirlia). couple this with an exp share on the pokémon you want to see evolve and you get it.
the guy's dusclops having pressure you'll need to heal you pkm pretty often but luckily the route is just north Ressort area so that won't be a problem.
i really think it's the best zone to grind in sinnoh, and it personnaly helps me a lot for dex completion and getting max money.
