I wouldn't say she's bad, but it takes a lot of things going right for her to work.
She can't just force shit to happen.
Stomp is good but it has no chase potential so you'll just get kited forever.
Triple Axel is a dead move that got nerfed to hell.
Does no damage and barely heals.
If they undid her Triple Axel nerfs but kept her Stomp buffs I think she'd be really good.
As it is now she's like low B, high C-tier.
I still play her a lot but she does kinda make me sad.
But she's not Azumarill, so there's that.
