>>38574200I find it interesting that Milotic is often talked about as a calming presence despite it clearly being a predatory pokemon. It was built to swallow things whole and likely doesn't feed off just plant life.
I would have to imagine that as the Pokemon can bring anything in its presence to an immediate relaxed and unalert state that it often uses this to its advantage and will lull pokemon and man alike into this warm and calming feeling that often can't be differentiated from the feeling of their warm pulsating insides until the deed is already done.
Just imagining being in a total haze of mind as this creature of endless beauty and amazement removes all my anxiety in a moment where I should probably be the most anxious is enthralling and dreadful.
You would feel totally at ease with your imminent demise and also a little happy knowing you would go to fuel such an increasingly gorgeous subject, however you have to wonder if that acceptance of death is only because of Milotic's calming powers in the first place.
