>>55605553I have a similar story with an equally unexpected shiny from just a few days ago. Since i use a hacked DSi for gameplay due to the great screen brightness i can move around my save with ease. I decided to get my save on my phone to mess around at work. Right before the switch between morning and day time in game happened i decided to get some morning encounters to catch and maybe use for lvl 10 battle tower. On the very last encounter i land on a shiny Ledyba and try not to freak out in the office. This is the 1st full odds gen 2 shiny i ever got and the 2nd one ever (excluding red Gyarados of course) so im quite attached already. I've been doing some grinding to get it to higher levels but im not sure what moves to run since it mostly learns support moves but i also want it to at least be able to hit things too.
