Here's my team, comprised of some of my Alolan favorites, good type coverage, not too many weaknesses of the same type, and without repeating types. The game is easy enough that I don't have to worry about using under-performing Pokemon.
Pyukumuku was there for Unaware and to Baton Pass (Z-, if the healing was necessary) Psych Up and/or Z-Purify boosts. Great for Totems/U. Necrozma, and is my favorite Pokemon.
Decidueye runs a Z-Tailwind crit set with Leaf Blade, Shadow Claw, and Brave Bird for coverage and if I wanted to use a Supersonic Skystrike nuke instead . Sky Attack over Brave Bird would be nice to abuse the 100% crit rate, but I didn't want to waste Tailwind turns or risk having to tank a hit during the charge up turn.
Didn't evolve Crabrawler because it looks better than its evo, Ice type is too debilitating, and can tank things with a Eviolite, a pass from Pyuku, and Bulk Up/Drain Punch.
The other 3 are just fun picks.
