I'll agree that Groudon has fallen off somewhat - I prefer Landorus-Therian personally.

The one thing I want to mention regarding 15 Attack vs 14 Attack is a breakpoint against Melmetal where an illicit Thundershock causes a lot more problems but this depends on how personally important you think the true 1v1 of Kyogre and Melmetal is.
