We're going to toss Magician right the fuck out the window and put in Magic Guard because GameFreak loves to associate non-magical shit with Magical Pokemon.
We are then going to put in every last special move that Zangoose can learn right onto Delphox along with Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse, and Surf for extra measure. Yes, that DOES mean Giga Drain. We are then going to put in Dazzling Gleam or Moonblast, either works since magic is super kawaii and not at all a GameFreak misrepresentation.

We'll take a good bit of a page from Lucario and make it something GameFreak would want to advertise nonstop because they've officially lost their minds with their Mary Sue Pokemon that has an intensely mysterious and grimdark attitude. So that's why it now learns half of what makes Lucario so great and give it its entire movepool that is physical. We're also going to increase its recovery rate straight to bullshit territory and give it Slack Off/Recover because Synthesis is slightly gimmicky. Stats are fine.

Load the chamber, let's do next to nothing because Lopunny finally learned Cosmic Power! Let's give it regular Wish and Slack Off, then increase the defenses by 10. Let us then devote 80 more points. We will put 36 into special attack to let it take advantage of the Normal moveset, then we'll put 20 into ATK. The rest go into HP.
