In a non-lewd way, it's already possible to extract the battle models and have them load in the field instead of the chibi models. Obviously making additional gameplay things like sex scenes or a horny meter or whatever is more complicated than that, but Unity makes it so straight-forward. For the same reason, an actual PC port (rather than just emulating it) is easily possible since that's the point of Unity.
