If the Stretch Goal is reached you will be able to ride atop Temtem! Mounts are planned for the end-game and you'll have the chance to get different Temtem as your Mount. Not only they will help you to move faster, but there won't be any untamed encounters while you're riding a Mount! That way nothing will interfere between you and your destination.
