Sneak should almost double speed to justify the ridiculous cooldown & make slowing an opponent actually MATTER.
Just get rid of fucking Leaf Storm, unless they implement it to be a quarter-circle range similar to Leafege it will never be usable in its current state.
Maybe Leaf Blade as a close range Melee-ish attack that hits 2-3 times similar to Crustle's X-Scissor that pushes as to waste their Button spam? At least Dartrix learns Leaf Blade since they're trying to stay "true" to movepools, hence the Grass/Ghost move split in the first place.
Shackle does nothing for the amount of work you need to put into it, fucking hell this bird.
